I enjoy understanding how people interact with digital products, how businesses operate and how the systems behind those experiences can be improved. I’m especially interested in applying software, AI, automation and data to practical problems affecting everyday operations. I start with the problem rather than the tool: exploring user journeys, business requirements and operational constraints before translating ideas into clear interfaces and workable technology.
